to make bootable image for CUCM & CUP

If you have only non-bootable CUCM & CUP images,
you could make bootable image using boot-loader file(RHEL6).

UltraISO support to make bootable image. following this way.

This boot-loader file could apply CUCM & CUP 10.x and 11.x
